What began as a passion quickly turned into a success, with openings across some of London's most iconic locations: Soho, Piccadilly, Belgravia and Victoria. From the very first week, the concept attracted genuine editorial coverage across the city's most-read food outlets.

Mister Lasagna became a go-to destination for those seeking real Italian comfort food, served quickly but with uncompromising quality. The concept also expanded internationally, reaching South Korea, where the first two franchise locations opened in Panjo.

After the pandemic significantly reshaped the industry, we embraced a new vision. From the heart of the City of London, Lasagneria Italiana was born — the natural evolution of Mister Lasagna. A more refined concept, offering table service, a richer menu, and a complete Italian dining experience.

The first Lasagneria Italiana opened in the City of London, close to The Royal Exchange — one of London's most iconic addresses. A premium casual restaurant that immediately attracted the City crowd, followed by a second location in Chelsea, Fulham Road, in December 2025.

Mister Lasagna has been reborn at Market Place Food Hall in Leicester Square, bringing its fast-casual energy back to the heart of London.

Lasagneria Italiana arrives in Notting Hill, in collaboration with Badiani. A unique partnership that brings together two icons of Italian excellence: lasagna and gelato. This new opening celebrates the perfect balance between tradition and indulgence — from rich, authentic lasagna to artisanal Italian gelato. A place where two of Italy's most beloved creations meet to offer a complete experience.
