Everything started in London in 2016, when Mister Lasagna brought authentic Italian lasagna into a fast, modern format. A passion that quickly turned into a success across some of London's most iconic locations — and even reached South Korea.

After the pandemic, we embraced a new vision: Lasagneria Italiana — a more refined concept with table service, a richer menu, and a complete Italian dining experience. Today, our Chelsea and Notting Hill restaurants are the home of authentic Italian lasagna at its finest.

Beyond our 21 lasagna varieties, we craft fresh pasta every day — tagliatelle, gnocchi and fresh ravioli (pumpkin or beef), paired with slow-cooked sauces made the Italian way.
